PFDC Founder: Chris Wade
Chris Wade is a National Academy of Sports Medicine Certified Personal Trainer. Chris graduated from GWU in 2004 with a degree in exercise science. Always into fitness from a young age, Chris has trained and competed in various martial arts for over 15 years including, karate, boxing, kickboxing, Brazilian jiu-jitsu and submission wrestling. Conditioning and fitness has played a key part in his success in these sports. From competing and training himself, he brings a plethora of knowledge and motivation to his clients of all fitness levels. As a professional trainer for over 10 years, Chris has helped his clients lose/maintain healthy weights, increase cardiovascular and muscular endurance, develop functional training programs and promote martial arts. Chris focuses on bringing a positive attitude and professional vision to every client he works with.
