Mixed Martial Arts 

Specializing in boxing/kickboxing conditioning programs, this is a one hour program dedicated to conditioning and technical proficiency. With an emphasis on western boxing and muay thai kickboxing strategies and skills, ranging from beginner to advanced. 

Strength Training 

Starting with an emphasis on core and functional training, this program is designed to build a foundation to a stronger, leaner body. This includes lighter weight exercises through heavy lifting routines.

Endurance Training 

Whether your goal is to climb a mountain, run a race or get up the stairs, our program is designed to enhance cardiovascular and muscular endurance with mental fortitude.  Through active stretching, mobility exercises and circuit/interval training, this program will bring you to the pinnacle of your potential. 

 

Sessions starting from $80/hr.   


Boot Camp 

This is a sports based, group training program.  Including, footwork drills, agility cones and ladders, sprinting conditioning, plyometric work and core conditioning.  Feel free to tell your friends!
